The swimmers are being compared against other swimmers in their district, correct?[/quote] I’ve been reading along with this even though my swimmer is not in one of those districts, and I think the idea is that the districts that are feeding into the same regional meet (because the district meets serve as qualifiers to the regional meets) should be running their district meets under the same conditions.
