How does that happen? Can someone randomly call a rec center and cancel a meet? And how is that not reversible. Absent some sort of meet that's on standby (not in a chance that this is a thing), how is that cancellation not reversible. I guess Oakmont hasn't updated its pool schedule for January since it's still showing closed for Friday and Sat night after 2pm. due to districts.[/quote]

They probably let go the staff for the night on Saturday as soon as it was canceled.  hard to call everyone back in and say j/k!

At least with finals tonight and everyone being there it will make the relays kick and there might be better energy. (Literally trying to be positive)
