But she keeps making it an issue.

She milked the whole “will she or won’t she” have a baby thing for decades. Now that she’s long past the age where she could have a baby herself, she’s continued to discuss it.

Ask why she keeps discussing this in interviews. I think it’s a strategy to remain relevant while garnering sympathy.

Jen was also involved in a very high profile celebrity marriage with Brad Pitt who openly talked about how he couldn’t wait to become a father the last couple years of their marriage. He then left her for another huge celebrity who had just adopted two kids and they went on to adopt another and have three bio kids.

That is very different than a Chelsea Handler situation and just very tough for anyone to navigate. A lot of people just said that Brad left Jen because she was too selfish to have kids or pursue any infertility treatments when they were having trouble. That was a narrative that did continue for years.

And because of it, she did say that she did really want to become a mother, which caused endless speculation every time she was seen with a man.

So I do feel for her. That’s a really tough situation but yeah I think at this point she should be able to navigate it better.  The thing is, she did an interview a few years ago, where she talked about how she struggled with infertility treatments for years. I’m just not sure why she didn’t leave it at that. Unclear why we are still talking about it.

The irony is, Brad did end up having his big family but is estranged from every single one of those kids. Ouch. [/quote]
