Why would anyone on a RL team expect to move up?  Even if they train exactly the same as the NL team, both the NL and RL players are continually developing and the NL player already started at a higher level of play.  A RL who wants to go higher needs to work harder than everyone else, and they means work at home.  [/quote]

Obviously it means work at home. So do the NL players. What we are TOLD is that it’s fluid. What is REALITY is that it’s pretty much impossible. Even with training at home, you don’t have the competition level nor the practice intensity. That’s why is why I said we are SOLD a fantasy here. Get the girls motivated to work hard but there is not a real chance. I am not the only one who didn’t know there was such a massive difference in team and training quality at a very young age. I think you are right. I know one of the older age groups has only ever taken 1 player from the RL teams in 5+ years. But they'll consider players from other clubs who might be no better. Shiny and new wins every time. [/quote]

Sure, why not? You get a new paying player for the NL team and retain a paying RL player on the RL team. SHOW ME THE $$$$!!!![/quote]
