Come on now. Multiple arsonists have been arrested. Climate change doesn’t cause people to pick up blowtorches.

These are copycat arsonists. A weird phenomenon where wildfires can trigger arsonists to start setting fires. There have been reports of several smaller fires around the area being arsonists. The majority of wildfires aren’t arson. The majority are from equipment like cars, trucks, heavy lawn equipment followed by power lines. There certainly are instances of arson by stupidity or malice. The fires last year involved a guy catching his car on fire and pushing it over the edge. In Arizona there was a wildfire from fire workers at a gender reveal party.

Climate change makes a fire capable of growing and spreading to extreme levels. [/quote]
