I thought they were trying to be green ?[/quote] Santa Ana , Diablo and Sundown winds occur only at seasonal times. If they occurred all the time LA, Oakland and Santa Barbara wouldn’t exist. They aren’t a year round occurrence. There are wind farms out near Livermore and Stockton. They are on flatter rolling hillsides not canyons. I also don’t think you can have a line of windmills in a canyon as it’s too steep.[/quote]
