Yea, like, in the 4-6 months of the “arrangement” he gifts you an apartment or a luxury car. 
But otherwise in a country with great labor market it’s not feasible for women to prostitute themselves.  High reputation damage potential if she’s in a professional job. And risky, both physically and emotionally.

Yes I would be insulted. I was approached by an actual tech mogul. Not kidding. He was very sexy and charismatic. But he was talking to me like I was a nameless toy, provided  a list of items he wanted in the bedroom. He was very kinky. Initially it started like passionate sexting and romantic relationship but he quickly followed with more and more pornographic requests. I never saw him again. I would guess he’s used to it. But it was inhumanly transactional so no I wouldn’t have done it even for an apartment.
