Having advanced degrees doesn’t automatically make you a good teacher. Sometimes you’re the worst because you assume your education is sufficient to do the job well. Sounds like you need to learn some management techniques so your students can get the experiences they deserve. Saying you won’t bother because one or two students make it difficult is a total cop out. [/quote]
