That's a super weird flex. BASIS parents are the ones who best understand it isn't for everyone. You cannot find a single thread where a BASIS poster argues it is a great school for everyone. In fact what BASIS parents most regularly get pounded on for is being "elitist". You and people like you seem easily confused. People who like BASIS and defend it because it works for them. They defend the school's refusal to kowtow to the DC school mentality of lowest common denominator and low standards masquerading as equity. If it isn't for you then great! Best of luck.   [/quote]
