My family in Italy eats rusks or cookies for breakfast with cappuccino. Crostini, sandwiches, potatoes frittata, focaccia, Bruschetta, pasta, pizza all very commonly seen at lunch and dinner. Young people are thin, older people are often a bit fat. [/quote]
