Seems to me most people just want to talk about justice but but aren’t really willing to do much about it other than move to another club that behaves the same way or worse. Or they are just full of it and represent FCV. Either way, doubt anyone will take the time or effort. This is effectively a non story and par for the course for most of there sports clubs. [/quote]

That’s fine, as the significant amount of $$ we paid for ECNL and did not get refunded for supported your kid’s cheap, rec program. ECNL parents (and DA) lost a lot more than you did. Yes, it sucks but my point is not that we shouldn’t get refunded but either accept it, file a suit, or just keep quiet. My other point is all clubs are doing this not just Loudoun. So I take this whole thread with skepticism on its true intent. [/quote]
