That’s fine, as the significant amount of $$ we paid for ECNL and did not get refunded for supported your kid’s cheap, rec program. ECNL parents (and DA) lost a lot more than you did. Yes, it sucks but my point is not that we shouldn’t get refunded but either accept it, file a suit, or just keep quiet. My other point is all clubs are doing this not just Loudoun. So I take this whole thread with skepticism on its true intent.

They don’t need to file a suit and they don’t need to keep quiet. The suit probably isn’t worth the effort but constantly reminding people of how Loudoun treated it’s customers can serve as consumer advice.

Not everyone on Yelp wants a refund but they certainly want people to know when a place sucks.

If you don’t like the negativity then perhaps you should encourage your board to do better by its customers. Loudoun is a non-profit who is acting like a profit group. Their existence is intended to serve the community good, rich and poor alike.

Considering most of the families they robbed aren’t financially swimming In cash the class action lawsuit may not take place. When you find out they have an attorney on retainer then chances drop even more...

Noted, almost all the clubs kept everyone's money. LS is a super big organization, they could have done better and served their community better by giving them 50% back.
