I’m in my mid-40s, and I’ve noticed plenty of people chronicling their “journeys.” Weight loss, exercise, marathon training, eating healthy, cooking, crafting, whatever, etc. The worst are the parenting ones and the people who make every daily chore a dramatic accomplishment (I cleaned the house! Finished laundry! Made it to the soccer game! Served thanksgiving dinner! Survived back to school night!).[/quote]
