It is technically classified as a member of GFR but is operated independently by the former Spirit VA DA staff.   There is no connection with St James nor does GFR staff have any desire to interfere with what the former Spirit VA staff are doing.   They are being treated as a partner club, but more tightly integrated to satisfy US Soccer administrative and field requirements. [/quote]

Not quite, but nice try.  There will be some GFR players but many others and other partnerships as well.   It will be a DA and distinct from GFRs programming, other than administrative management and field space ownership.   Look for partner announcements upcoming.
