Magnet program is great, one of the best in the nation. The rest of Blair is not.

Most of the magnet families do not live in Blair area. Blair non-magnet part is simply not appealing. In real life most people know this.

We are talking about finding the ES that feeds into certain HS eventually. 
That process, does differentiate between the two parts - you don't get into the magnet part by just living there.

MCPS,  USNews, GS , Niche, Intel, Regeneron, college board etc. . . they rank, grade, score Blair as a whole. They don't differentiate between the magnet and non-magnet. [/quote]
