Blair MAGNET - Yes.

Blair NON-MAGNET cohort - questionable. Otherwise, those flinging statistics to make this appear "truthy" would be honest and not include the MAGNET cohort students in their statistics. For example, see the earlier posts that compare SAT scores of white students: this is bogus since the mean score for white students in Blair includes all white students in Blair (both MAGNET and NONMAGNET).

They are worse than that. 
At least you need some expertise in the field to truly understand the "climate change" pattern.
You just need common sense to understand the non-magnet part of Blair is not as good as the Ws - I am not saying it is terrible - just not that great.
