It is a symptom of a bigger problem - illegal immigration.  It demonstrates how deadly an open border policy can be (which is essentially what we have had for the last 10 years). [/quote]

How deadly is it though? &lt;1% of homicides. I think if you were really worried about homicides you’d focus on the big hitters. Not a handful of deaths. Mostly inter-gang violence.

I think all gangs and violence should be targeted.  But, when we talk about the violence in places like Chicago and Baltimore, we get scolded around here.  
These guys are particularly gruesome.  Violent.  And, they recruit from our schools.  [/quote]
