I turned down UVA twice, so it’s not my top choice for anything, but the chip on your shoulder is both deep and wide. This game will soon be forgotten and you will still be full of resentment about UVA and, most likely, any number of additional things as well.  And of course there are graduates of other schools, including Michigan, who make just as big a deal about their alma mater. [/quote]

I’ve had the similar experiences with UVA folks, and can’t report the same from JHU or other elite school grads (which could otherwise be a regional thing). Pride is one thing, and justified. Feels different somehow.

UVA coach is still fantastic. I wouldn’t weep for those fans. [/quote]
