OP here. She never showed. Texted 40 minutes after her supposed landing time and claims to have missed her connection in Atlanta. So, she staying at a hotel there. Says her phone is almost dead and will try to call later. I don't know what to make of that. Since the client foots the airfare she couldn't really intentionally miss the flight, but it seems sketchy because according to flight aware her flights were both on time.
Aren't there PLENTY of flights from Atlanta to ... everywhere?? I'm sure she could have hopped on the next flight.
Yup - I fly to Atlanta a lot for work and there are flights every hour or two so on multiple airlines. And they would not be full on a Wednesday - I've often been able to change flights at the last minute. In fact she could still catch a flight. There is a flight at 7:09, 7:43, all the way to 10:25 tonight and they have space on them according to google flights. Having traveled a lot internationally there is no way I would spend a night in Atlanta (or wherever) on the way home and delay my return another day. Pretty sure OP is a bad troll.
