It's right along there with you have to hit rock bottom before you can get clean. Addiction is most easily treated in its earlier phases. If you wait for people to want to get clean or hit bottom there are almost no options left that work well. Court mandated rehab attendees have just as much success as voluntary rehab attendees.[/quote]
