He holds a couple of patents on the Phen Pro, Phen-Topamax combo for diets.  It's basically the bad press from Phen-Fen that killed it back in the day, and since it's REALLY cheap because these drugs have been around for years and years (Phentermine since the 50s), there's no money to be made so nobody (aka Big Pharma) really cares to market.
