The question asked when the project would be approved. Given that there are now two-year leases on the site, 2016 + 2 = 2018. That would be the earliest the project would receive approval and GDS could break ground.[/quote]

Ha!-- the team of experts (advising the team of aces) are DC crony consultants and political fixers, including one who sought to get zoning approvals for another independent school though her, uh, rather intimate involvement with the regulatory process.   :lol:
