What type of transparency would you like? Do you expect the coach to meet with each parent and let them know who they picked and details about why? [/quote]sure sounds good. Maybe explain what the requirements are at the beginning of the season. Lmao such a dumb ass question to ask. Everyone on every team would love to know these things. Otherwise it’s not transparent and you get comments on here screaming nepotism, money under the table, favoritism etc etc etc.

Dont coaches have to do mid/.end of season idps anyway? Fit it in there.  Just hope the tale of the tape matches up. Parents will probably call bullshyt to your face.

🤣 the audacity for a team to ask for feedback from a coach.  I can only imagine what team you are in charge of. They must be in greaaaat shape.

Side note my kid hasn’t gotten selected. And isn’t sweating it. So far it hasn’t worked out for her peers.  With that said?! Im sure whe would love to hear her coaches feedback past and present. Most players would.
