Are you saying that state law should supercede the Supreme Court?[/quote] It isn't a good idea to conflate law enforcement with immigration enforcement. They don't need to break the law to be forcefully expelled from the country. It isn't a crime issue. We're just removing them from the country. If Biden failed to do this then he was breaking the law, as was laid out in the constitution.[/quote]
