They are following the law. The law states that illegal aliens, especially criminal aliens, SHALL be detained. The Biden administration did not follow the law.
The supreme Court ruled that simply being in the country without documentation in and of itself, is not a crime. Are you saying that state law should supercede the Supreme Court?
Yes, but this is a change in policy.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Now immigration court has ruled that millions of illegal immigrants will face mandatory detention, where previously they would have been out on bond.

It isn't a good idea to conflate law enforcement with immigration enforcement. They don't need to break the law to be forcefully expelled from the country. It isn't a crime issue. We're just removing them from the country. If Biden failed to do this then he was breaking the law, as was laid out in the constitution.

Is there any evidence that there are?

Private prison industry making boatloads of $$$.
Of all of the industries we could support and try to grow, why do we want to do the prison industry? Thanks a lot Maga. That is not a desirable industry.

Fake news again.
The two illegal aliens apprehended were NOT firefighters.
The two contracted work crews questioned on the day of their arrests were not even assigned to actively fight the fire; they were there in a support role, cutting logs into firewood. The firefighting response remained uninterrupted the entire time.
No active firefighters were even questioned, and U.S. Border Patrol’s actions did not prevent or interfere with any personnel actively engaged in firefighting efforts.
The mainstream media is once again spreading fake news about federal law enforcement efforts.
They got a lot of money from the state to open this plant. Brian Kemp can't resist subsidizing anything that says EV.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:South Korea is evacuating their workers and likely this plant will close. It will be a hit to the Georgia community where people lived and shopped and paid taxes.
Oh well.
I’ve passed this plant many times. It’s massive and is unlikely to close. Hyundai has just posted dozens of jobs this weekend looking for workers. Hyundai used ESTA incorrectly to get their Korean workers to the plant. It’s meant to attend meetings and train. There’s no way 475 people needed to be sent for years at a time for this. Hyundai also claims they had no clue about this because they use a temp agency to hire but they own the temp agency under another company name.
Many massive plants shutter. They made a mistake coming here, they should cut and run.
