I was wondering the same thing, but the WTOP link that PP posted implies that the DNA that matched the Fairfax case was found on the Pantera shirt. Previously I assumed that the link to the Fairfax case was made from DNA found on Morgan's body or at the scene where her body was recovered. If the DNA came from the shirt, depending on what type of DNA it is, maybe not enough of a link for a charge?[/quote]
