No, I think the two are unrelated. Maybe Daryl will get the gang to go back to the house, with the promise of food & a place to crash, so he can try and figure out what happened to Beth. In the south almost all cemeteries have churches nearby not just a funeral home. I'd think the people that took Beth could be hiding in the church. Church could have had a food pantry and they use that to bait the creepy, funeral home "gingerbread house". Maybe it isn't even some crazy preacher that thinks he is saving her soul and creating a new Adam & Eve.

Everything is leading to Terminus. Bet you the gang of bad guys is from Terminus. Daryl followed the car that took Beth towards Terminus, to the rail road track.

Bet you $100 those guys are from Terminus, and Terminus is a bad, bad place.

Yeah, obviously someone took Beth. Clue #1: cans jangle & it's a dog. Clue #2: next time dog barks, it's a whole bunch of walkers at the door. How did they get there unless someone took down the cans? Clue #3, car speeds off with no walkers anywhere near it. Even if Beth happened across a car that happened to have its keys in it, and it happened to start on the first try, she's not just driving off without waiting to see if he makes it out of the house.
