[/quote] I have been wondering what his strategy will be and I’m guessing this may be it. I originally thought he may go for the vindictive prosecution dismissal, which he should easily win since Trump has said outright that this is retribution, but MAGAs on SCOTUS could easily Calvinball that. Demanding a trial next month would throw Lindsay for a loop and then he’d have an iron clad acquittal. His “let’s have a trial” comment makes me think thats what he’ll do. [/quote]
