Why does it matter if the shooter was trans? Or MAGA? Or a Trump hater? Or <insert any other descriptor>  How does that help address the issue? So if the shooter is trans, then you can point your finger at it being a trans issue and ignore all the other times when it wasn't? Or if it's a liberal and you're conservative, you get to sit this one out and say "whew, it wasn't one of mine" and blame liberalism? How is any of this productive? Nothing is going to change if the response is to play "not it!" whenever there's a shooting. [/quote]
