Arlington county changed the way title 1 is calculated because Arlington is getting more expensive. Therefore more schools can qualify as title 1. ATS performance isnt declining. You can see performance stats on their website. Not everything is a conspiracy theory. With a genocide going on and get more other insane things happening in the world, people like you who have nothing else in their life are getting tiresome.[/quote]
