He doesn't understand Federal obligations. If he's truly worried about the debt, he'd stop backing enormous tax cuts. The normal retirement age for social security is now 67 for anyone born 1960 or later. It should be raised again for younger people and that's what he could say-not, let's layoff everyone at SSA and close their field offices. The solution he proposes does not cure the problem, it only makes it worse. He is both incompetent and a liar.[/quote]

He’s a liar, but he’s not incompetent. He grew up during a period of martial law in South Africa where the government served only privileged white men. The police state disappeared everyone else. That’s what he wants. He doesn’t care about the deficit. He doesn’t care about curing the system.
