Interesting, never read this. I just assumed he's a weird science guy who prefers the control and has enough money to do this. (I have wealthy SF tech friends who do IVF with genetic screening for non-fertility related reasons so it's a thing). [/quote]

Yeah, forgot to mention the sex selection thing and him being very open about his genius only "transferring" to boys since women are inherently inferior and less intelligent. This actually makes a lot more sense than a penile implant, I think he's really methodical and intentioned about how he breeds, I don't think it's an erection thing. One can control gender and hair/eye color.  The biggest risk he faces is the autism, which is partly hereditary, increases with paternal age, and is more common in male children. Genetic testing csn’t identify most forms of autism. [/quote]
