It's one week per year of service for the first 10, so right there somebody with 10 years gets 10 weeks. Now add 2 weeks for each additional year, plus age adjustment multiplier. I'll grant you that health insurance could be a factor. You do keep it for a short while if RIFd but that's not as good as keeping it on admin leave. [/quote]
