As a Green Card holder, I can get an EIGHT YEAR drivers license. I can NATURALISE 3-5 years AFTER I get my DL. My DL will STILL BE VALID. DMV records (which has NOTHING TO DO WITH VOTING) says I am not a citizen. USCIS (the definitive body on immigration) says that I AM a USC. DMV declarations should not be used to determine who is or is not a citizen. So three years ago, I would have answered that I am NOT a USC. Today I AM a USC. [/quote]
