I have removed the excerpt because it is certainly not real. I don' have a copy of the book on hand (strange because I am pretty sure I both an ebook version) but there are several indications beyond the lewd content that it is fake.

And I did appreciate that. I just grew up in a family where people did not talk like that, certainly not to children. It sounds like the kind of language that Republicans would jump all over in literally any other context as “grooming” or some such.[/quote]
