My Wash Post page is acting up for me this a.m. but there is a post about this. It claims a) Trumps odds of winning are increasing and b) the plans being OPENLY discussed by him/his advisors and which are plainly fascist.

This includes purging govt workers and installing those who are loyal to him, invoking the Insurrection Act to quell protests, and more. As well as pardoning and apologizing to those convicted of J6 insurrection.

Reminds me of the story of the little girl going to visit her grandmother on a very cold and snowy morning.  She comes across a snake who begs her to put him under her coat so he won't freeze to death.  She tells him. "No.  You're a snake and you'll bite me.". The snake then promises her that he won't bite.  Being a compassionate little girl she puts the snake under her coat and ten minutes later she feels his fangs biting her.

"But you promised that you wouldn't bite me " she said.  "You knew what I was when you picked me up, " the snake replied.
