I think the issue with the Jesus commercial is that it felt manipulative because it was sponsored by Christians, a very SPECIFIC GROUP of Christians (Hobby Lobby CEO) that have done A LOT to foster that hate and foment it in our society. I actually appreciated the message at the core of the ad, but felt it was a bit like an arsonist who burned down my house telling me that they just wanted us to make up and be friends again. [/quote]
