[/quote] Assuming he isn't psychotic given some of his more bizarre behaviour, the illness isn't making him say racist or antisemitic things. The illness could be making him feel very grandiose and express that, and also it could be limiting his ability to make good decisions, to have insight into his situation, to have judgement about what to say when.
