The date of the letter you posted is February 26th — AFTER Ukrainians barred Nigerians from taking trains out of Kyiv and other cities. The Nigerian embassy’s instructions reflect the reality that Ukrainians aren’t allowing Africans to leave with everyone else, so the Nigerian embassy had to help find alternative routes. The fact that the embassy had to find alternative routes is further evidence of how Ukrainians are treating Africans, you nitwit.[/quote]

You are incorrect.  It is not "disinformation."  The letter is real, and all of it was unfolding at the same time.[/quote]
