Yep and it’s a line you will have to navigate.  Aloof enough that they think they have a chance to be w/ you one day.  You need to keep saying things like “when the kids are older” , and kick the cam down the road.  Eventually you have to cut them loose because they take bigger chances and become a liability.  But if you do it right you might be able to keep the sex going for several years without the hassle of trying to find a brand new side piece.[/quote]

That is the worst advice ever. At least if you're going to cheat tell the AP up front, they are only for sex.  If you lead them on they will often tell the wife, or worse show up at your home.

From experience, this is ALWAYS what is said at the start of these stupid frickin AM affairs---'just an escape, not looking to leave or blow up my marriage, just for fun!!!'  Problem is like that other guy pointed out, for women that cheat no matter what comes out of their mouth when meeting for coffee---that is never the case.  They say that until they think it might lead somewhere which is the whole point of being on there in the first place:  exit affair.  I can't tell you how many people I know that were clear about it being no-strings---and then someone got attached and it was boil bunny time.
