Go back up in this thread where I posted the criteria for a mental health conservatorship in California. Or, Google it. It has to be a serious mental illness or serious chronic alcoholism/drug addiction.

And no, YOU don’t get to know Britney’s exact diagnosis. It is none of your ducking business. She hasn’t disclosed it publicly which means she doesn’t want her fans to know. Or anybody! And she is entitled to that privacy.

As I understand it, Britney has been petitioning to change her conservator - not challenging the conservatorship in principle. That means she knows that the medical professionals would provide assessments to the court indicating she still qualifies as needing the court’s involvement. [/quote]
