And today when trying to fix a shower leak I found our shower is framed with standard drywall, not cementboard or even greenboard which is needed for walls exposed to water.

Our early attempts to work with KUL Homes to correct issues resulted in the lowest quality subcontractors, who often didn't show, or were hours late or unprepared without basic materials such as an appropriately sized ladder.  This resulted in hours of missed work for my husband and I for a mediocre fix.

I will note the home was done and built when we bought it, so we were not involved in the construction or product selection.[/quote]
