You are very wrong.  Your emporer has no clothes.  They say that they work with ICE, but they only do it if forced to by public opinion.

Take a look at this thread with the link to the twitter account of a local ABC reporter who cites numerous examples where ICE has submitted a detention request and MoCo ignores it and releases the suspect without alerting ICE of the release.  MoCo does NOT work with ICE unless they are held over the coals by local news reporting.  If it doesn't make it into the news cycle fast enough to give MoCo a black eye, they release and do not alert ICE.

Are you saying that you want MoCo to hand over these 2 monsters to ICE to be deported? or do you want them to be tried, convicted, serve their sentence and then handed over by the prison to be deported?
