To answer your bizarre whataboutism and straw men,

1) They don't rescind the degree but I'm sure they return any donations.
2) If a student did this two years into the program, the kid would certainly be expelled.

You don't see a consistently enforceable principle here because you're experiencing what's known as cognitive dissonance and confirmation bias. You're also making comparisons to hypotheticals that as I have pointed out are easily answered.

the only difference here is that someone ratted him out.  This ratting out was done with political motivations.  If he had the same ideology as David Hogg this stuff would have never been reported
