If others reap what they sow, the observation is made but not a reason to revel in just a reminder to sow what you hope to reap for the things you can control (obviously not illness, accidents, etc.)

Also, I don't think the entire thread is horrible as some say. Trying to report a person who is a citizen when your own visa has expired and results in getting deported is a lesson for the individual about their own vengefulness. This is *very* different from delighting in a high school bully's pain when you are supposed to be an objective first responder.

Some of these are really good cautionary tales about the importance of treating others well, because one just may reap the pain intentionally sown into the lives of others.
