Obviously this was not a surprise but sharing for a data point. DC has a [b]123 WISC[/b] that we will appeal with because we have it and why not. Hopefully Level III/Advanced math will be a positive option.[/quote]

Why not? Because your child is average for FCPS and should be fine in general ed, and will slow down the AAP class because he doesn't belong there.  The NNAT score is below 50th percentile and the CogAt is close to 50th percentile.[/quote]

CogAT is actually 80th percentile and NNAT is above average. Granted I know to cut it in FCPS you need 98th + so we all know my child will not be admitted. You don't have to worry about him holding back your superior child.[/quote]

So why waste the committee's time with an appeal if you know he won't be admitted and admit he doesn't belong in the class?  :?: [/quote]
