Maybe JMU had a slight edge on Tech at the time. Tech seemed to be a bit more ( teeny tiny bit) of a safety at the time. I posted earlier asking if JMU slipped, but according to this list JMU is still in the top 4, same as it was when I graduated HS in 90. [/quote]
