Officially, his client was Innovative Technology and Business Consulting, with an address in Pikesville, MD, but no physical or online business presence, which is very strange for a technology and business consulting company. Livingston knew that was not the real source of the lobbying funds but he took the money and did what he was asked to do. Among other activities, Livingston contacted U.S. officials, including Ambassador Volker, to meet with Yulia Tymoshenko while she was candidate for President of Ukraine. Livingston apparently was also a client for other companies in Ukraine and the region. [/quote]
