Obama's NSC was legendary for its analysis paralysis. Endless meetings without decisions hinging on noodling details like this. I agree with Lake, and further, it's our intelligence. We can share it with whoever we want. If a dictator like Putin is going to attack us, he's not going to use a pretext like intel sharing.
