This is soccer. You will always find players leaving and others coming or sometimes while teams getting rebuilt even in the pro world (Man Utd, Barca, even Man city-next year releasing a whole bunch).

Most importantly is if the coach is good, he will rebuild the team. If you look around, even other ECNL teams have 6-7 players leaving or getting cut. Surely, some top players may leave but there is enough talent in the area to refill their positions. Everything will be fine.[/quote]this is the way.  Sucks when it happens but it comes with the decision made by NVA. Its all about MLSN anyways. The NVA GA teams will survive.  Has to be  a bittersweet moment for the coaches. Mixture of being proud and sad at the kids trajectories.[/quote]
